The ships, clouds and sky were done in Photoshop and the trees and light post were taken out of a picture I took last summer. The middle version is an old photo effect I made up on the fly and the black & whites are based off the yellow (left) and green (right) channels of the final composite. A couple of things before I stuff my Thanksgiving face later: a) I can proudly say that the design overhaul of my website is finally finished…for now. That means I am more than likely not going to tweak or change anything for at least a week or two. Secondly, b) I created a profile on COLOURlovers to handle my color scheme creation. I was previously using Kuler for such things, but the user experience there is awful. I love those sites done completely in Flash (No I don’t).

This evil pencil was done in pencil…crazy right? Yet another older sketch that wasn’t included on the blog yet. I put this up to test out a plugin I just installed, called WordTwit. Maybe I won’t need to log into Twitter anymore now.

This is an old one, but still remains one of my favorites. It wasn’t part of this blog so I figured I would post it, and it’s a good way to get me started on some November entries. New drawings coming soon…hopefully. It’s hit and miss sometimes.
